    Water diet truly works magic. However, some minor problems may crop out for some people who don’t have any restrooms near them. I tried this before and I noticed quick positive results but also noticed I doubled my trips to the rest room. It was a bit exhausting as the rest room in our building is still two floors up. Well, more exercise for me, I guess.

    Infusing lemon in the first glass in the morning also helps. It removes toxins and cleanses the inside. With a bit of honey, it can jumpstart your day and give you the energy you need.

    Infused water also works. Make your own brew by mixing Dandelion root, nettle, calendula ,cleavers, burdock and red clover. A teaspoon of dried herbs or honey wouldn’t hurt either.
